Objective Assist
Objective Assist is a new support offering intended to complement
the standard incident resolution support arrangements in your annual Support and Maintenance agreement.
Customers who subscribe to the Objective Assist solution, can conveniently obtain ad hoc
feature and function assistance for Objective uCreate and Objective uEngage.
To access the Objective Assist solution, you can purchase a block of Objective Assist Time Credits which are can be drawn down in 20 minute segments, as and when required, over a period of 12 months.
